- 1 teaspoon Cup & Leaf Black Pearl Gunpowder Tea
- 1 cup water
- 5 or 6 large blackberries
- Sweetener if desired
Instructions:
- Bring water to a rapid boil using a temperature-controlled tea kettle or a pan on the stove.
- Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat and add the tea leaves to a wire-mesh strainer. Steep for 2 to 4 minutes in the hot water.
- Remove the tea leaves and add a few blackberries to your favorite teacup. Use a spoon to gently crush the berries.
- Pour the tea concentrate into the teacup, stir well, sweeten, and enjoy!
2. Color-Changing Blackberry Iced Tea Recipe

Instructions:
- Bring water and sugar to a rapid boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add in the butterfly pea flower petals. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
